Tip 1: Acquire a coach. I couldn’t do without one!
I needed all the help and support I could get when I started so I secured the services of Phil de Fégely. He’s an expert and has coached a couple of past winners. He really is first class at what he does.

The function was extremely successful in raising more than $110,000 and it couldn’t have been done without your willing support. Many people commented on how well you entertained the guests while extracting the best bids for the items auctioned; infact the total was far more than the organisers had hoped for.

The Cottage by the Sea Charity Home – Sold
Tuesday, 1 February 2022

On a perfect Saturday afternoon, in front of a large crowd (appropriately COVID-safe) I had the absolute pleasure to auction the Cottage by Sea Charity home which resulted in a massive final bid of $1,680,000, with the full sum being donated to Cottage by Sea.

James Gladman and the team from Fletchers who did a wonderful job marketing the home and attracting of number of potential bidders to the auction.

Congratulations to John and Christine who were the buyers and look forward to enjoying their new home with family.
The funds raised will be used towards the redevelopment of the Riptide facility to allow many more children to experience the inspiration and happiness that the Cottage promises.
A huge thanks to The Point estate developer Moremac for providing a waterfront block, Boutique Homes and their partners for building such a beautiful home.
