The function was extremely successful in raising more than $110,000 and it couldn’t have been done without your willing support. Many people commented on how well you entertained the guests while extracting the best bids for the items auctioned; infact the total was far more than the organisers had hoped for.

Congratulations to Jack Bongiorno ( Marshall White Director ) part owner of Fiorente which won yesterday’s Emirates Melbourne Cup. “Surreal & amazing” was how he described the feeling in a text to me very early this morning.
Congratulations also to Ben Burge and his table who bought Fiorente at the annual Melbourne Cup Calcutta held on Melbourne Cup Eve.
