So many people have emailed and phoned with glowing reports of the night and in particular have commented on how great the auction was and how entertaining you were.

In particular, the Auction was a resounding success and all the monies raised on the night (in excess of $100,000) will be directly used for the Microsurgery Foundation’s research.

EJ lunch moved to the Pleniary
Friday, 27 September 2019
Fortuitously the organisers of E J Whitten lunch last year decided on a venue change from Atlantic wharf to the Pleniary. Over 700 people in Grand Final spirit were entertained comedian Vince Sorrenti and AFL legends, Leigh Matthews, Mick Malthouse and Alastair Clarkson. Hosted by Luke Darcy the audience supported the auction well which raised money for mens health. Ted Whitten Jrn gave a fitting tribute to two great friends of the foundation, past chairman, Peter Burnett and Danny Frawley both who died this year.
